I've been a journalist for 30 years, during which time I've written everything from Premier League football match reports (on a 15-minute deadline) and live reviews of gigs to complex features about workplace psychology. Mostly, my work is about business – how organisations get the best from their people, hone their strategies and overcome adversity.
